Limited Warranty

XSENSOR® Technology Corporation of Canada warrants ONLY TO THE ORIGINAL PURCHASER AT RETAIL this X3 product and all X3 parts thereof, except as set forth in this document from the date of original retail purchase for the period as shown below ("The Warranty Period").

WHAT WE WILL DO

Within a reasonable amount of time after you return the XSENSOR® product to us, at your expense, we will repair any defect in material and workmanship and ship it back to you, all free of charge. Parts used for replacement are subject to this warranty only for the remainder of the original Warranty Period.

WHAT WE WILL NOT DO

We will not repair XSENSOR® products free of charge if they have been subject to abuse, accident, alteration, modification, tampering, negligence, misuse, lack of reasonable care or maintenance; or if repaired or serviced by anyone other than an authorized service representative of XSENSOR® to render such service; or if the model or serial number has been altered, tampered with, defaced or removed; or damage to the product that occurs in shipment. To the extent the law permits, XSENSOR® disclaims any responsibility for loss of time or use of its product, transportation costs, or any other indirect, consequential or incidental damage or inconvenience.

WHAT THE CUSTOMER MUST DO

You must send the XSENSOR product to us packaged carefully with a copy of the sales receipt plus a letter of explanation of the problem and you must pay all delivery costs. It must be sent to Sumed International (UK) Limited

EXCLUSION OF ALL OTHER EXPRESS WARRANTIES

This warranty constitutes the entire express warranty given by XSENSOR for XSENSOR products and no dealer or service centre personnel or his, or their agent or employee is, or are authorized to extend or enlarge this warranty on behalf of XSENSOR Technology Corporation. This warranty shall be interpreted pursuant to the laws of the Province of Alberta, Canada.
