How to use the Design-A-ROHO Worksheet
Specific clients may want a ROHO cushion which is designed for their unique needs. This worksheet is intended for that purpose. The attached grid represents a 14 cell width by 12 cell depth cushion, but cushions with larger dimensions are also available.
Follow these steps when ordering a specially designed cushion:
- Step 1: Specify the number of valves and the width and depth of the cushion, in either inches or centimeters
- Step 2: If you would like more than one valve, or if you would like the valve attached somewhere other than the standard placement in the front left hand corner, please write "valve" in the area where you want it attached
- Step 3: The circles represent individual cells. Specify the height of each cell by writing in the desired height. The numbers should be either 1, 2, 3, or 4 which represent 1" / 2.5cm, 2" / 5cm, 3" / 7.6cm, and 4" / 10.2cm, respectively. If you want certain cells deleted, indicate by placing the letter "X" in the circles. When the cells are deleted, all that will remain is the rubber base. If you want this area removed, please specify clearly on your worksheet. Please note that ROHO will not make a cushion
which has only one row of cells on the outer edge of the cushion - Step 4: If you have specified more than one valve / compartment, indicate where you want the compartments divided by placing a solid line between the cells
- Step 5: If you would like velcro® strips attached to the base of the cushion, specify the location using dotted lines. Also specify whether you want the hook or the loop strip attached. Strips near the edge of the cushion can be both glued and sewn, but strips located toward the center of the cushion can only be glued
- Step 6: If you would like more than one yellow hand rope attached, or if you would like the rope attached somewhere other than the standard placement in the front left hand corner, please indicate on the worksheet
- Step 7: Indicate whether you would like a cover made to fit the cushion.
- Once you have submitted the design, SUMED will issue you a quotation.
